Radical Influence Network (“RIN”) operates a website and related features, content and benefits for enrolled members at, also herein referenced as the "Website".

Website Visitors

RIN collects non-personally-identifying information typically made readily available by web browsers and servers. This information may include data such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor’s http requests. RIN collects non-personally identifying information for the purpose of better understanding how our visitors use the Website and to enhance the visitor’s experience and interaction with the Website. RIN may use aggregated data with no personally identifying information in reports which may be distributed to clients, vendors or the public.

RIN also collects potentially personally-identifying information including Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for Website members and subscription holders. This information is collected at account creation and each subsequent log in. RIN only discloses logged in user IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to the website voluntarily choose to interact with RIN by creating and maintaining a profile account. Account creation on the website requires RIN to gather personally-identifying information. RIN only retains information that is voluntarily provided by the account holder through various forms at Website. For example, we ask visitors who sign up at RIN to provide an email address, and other potential information to necessary for us to communicate with users and carry out our larger mission. In each case, RIN collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor's interaction with RIN. RIN also may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. RIN does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

On occasion, RIN will disclose potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information (together, "personal information"). RIN endeavors to disclose personal information only to those of its employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations (i) that need to know such information in order to process it on our behalf or to provide services available at the Website, and (ii) that have agreed (by written contract or expressed under relevant terms of service or service agreement) not to disclose it to any other party. Some employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations with personal information may be located outside of the United States (or your home country). By using Website or any RIN services, you consent to the responsible transfer of such information to them. RIN will not share your personal information with other organizations for commercial purposes, except as necessary to provide you products or services that you\'ve requested.

Registered users of the RIN website, are required to supply a valid email address (verified via email with opt-in link). Registered users consent to receive emails regarding employment or contract opportunities, as well as a limited number of emails to solicit feedback or to inform of company announcements such as new features, updates or maintenance alerts on RIN website platforms.

RIN may have also obtained a person's email addresses by direct contact or through various social media outlets and other community platforms such as LinkedIn and GitHub. RIN will send a reasonably limited number of emails to invite users to participate with RIN and subscribe to its product offerings. Recipients will be provided with a simple opt-out list removal link which will exclude them from receiving any further communication from RIN to the specified email address. Furthermore, should a user send RIN a request (such as an email request for information or support or through one of our website feedback forms), it reserves the right to share requests, in accordance with this policy, in order to clarify or respond. RIN also reserves the right to modify a user's request to remove personal information and publish it publicly online for the purpose of providing support information to other users.

RIN takes all reasonable measures necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of personal information. In the unlikely event any users personal information is inadvertently or negligently disclosed outside this policy, the user agrees to hold RIN blameless. In any case, you agree that RIN's total liability is limited to the greater of either (i) $1 or (ii) the fees paid to RIN by you in the preceding 3 months, less any direct costs on those fees (such as commissions or affiliate expenses) and less 25%.

RIN will voluntarily purge any and all personal information from its data store at the request of any account holder or subscriber made by any means. However, for users' protection a representative of RIN may take steps to confirm the validity of the request. Various secure, self-service automated methods for such purposes are made available on the RIN platform.


A browser cookie is a small piece of data sent in the process of visiting a website, such as Website. The cookie is stored by your web browser, which subsequently provides all set cookies back to Website each time you return. RIN uses cookies to identify and track visitors, their usage of the Website, and profile account access preferences. Continued use of Website following any change in this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of all revisions.
